Braunwyn and Neil are just wonderful together and it showed in their engagement session on Granville Island. They were just as we would have expected for their wedding day - full of life and energy for the day. Their day began at a beautiful old home in Kits Point, followed by their wedding ceremony at Canadian Centre for Peace United Church, and finishing with their lavish reception at the Brock House on Jericho Beach. These are just a few of our favourite images from their day. Braunwyn's day started with getting ready at a home on the west side of Vancouver. We don't often see Dads involved with their daughters' preparation. These were fabulous moments! Our next stop was Stanley Park where Braunwyn and Neil met for the very first time. This was one of our favourite images of the whole wedding party against the city background. One of the huge advantages of a Fall wedding is the colour in the foliage. Stanley Park was beautiful with the autumn leaves. With a strong and brisk wind, we couldn't have been luckier for a series of images we captured at the lighthouse in Stanley Park. Braunwyn and Neil were married at the lovely United Church on Burrard and 16th Avenue in Vancouver. This was one of our personal favourites - an image of Braunwyn and Neil's first kiss on the church steps. After leaving the church and heading to the Brock House, Braunwyn and Neil stole a few minutes to walk along Jericho Beach together. Braunwyn and Neil's wedding reception was so elegant from the candlelit tables to the beautiful place settings. The Brock House has always been one of our favourite locations because of our own wedding there a few years ago. Ashley and Dawn of Candeo Weddings deserve special credit for the spectacular job of organizing the wedding reception. The flowers and floral arrangements were the stunning creative work of Buy the Bunch. The family images were gorgeous. We were amazed by the heart-tattoed apples. What a beautiful touch!
Congratulations on your wedding day Braunwyn and Neil! It was a beautiful day and beautifully created. We were thrilled to be a part of it.
We'd like to send a special thank you to Aimee for all of her fabulous help on the day!
