Sara and David are married in Vancouver with a reception at the very elegant Monk McQueens!

Sara and David were married in Vancouver in early November. This wedding was a unique opportunity for us to capture their event as the sun set into the very early evening. Their wedding started with their ceremony at St. Mary's Kerrisdale - a lovely Anglican Church in Vancouver - and ended with their reception at the very elegant Monk McQueens restaurant. We've assembled just a few highlight images from their wedding day. Sara prepared with the help of her Mom, sisters and bridesmaids at St. Mary's Kerrisdale. The beautiful floral bouquets were the very special work of Kareen Alma Floral Design. The ceremony begins. Following the ceremony we had an opportunity to capture a number of images of Sara and David before their limo arrived. As the weather quickly improved after their ceremony, we managed to catch some time in a nearby park in Vancouver. This is one of our favourite images with all the beauty of the fall colours for Sara and David. As the sun went down, we traveled to St George's School to capture some images. And then on to Granville Island - this is one of our favourite images from that evening. What fun! After leaving Granville Island, Sara and David joined their guests at Monk McQueens for their reception. The details were just beautiful at night. Sara and David make their grand entrance. The final image we created was all the more dramatic with the city backdrop.

Congratulations on your wedding Sara and David! We wish you all the best in your new life together.

Thanks to the staff at Monk McQueens for their service and the impressive ambiance for the evening. We'd also like to extend a special thank you to Aimee who assisted us with such talent on this day.
